The Wyoming FFA State Convention impacts members, sponsors and local economies according to a new report release by the Wyoming FFA Association.
The Wyoming FFA recently release its 2017 Wyoming FFA Convention Report, which details attendance, scholarships awarded and economic impact.
Highlights of the report include:
- More than 1,400 members, advisors, parents and guests attended the 2017 convention
- A total of $103,180 was awarded in college scholarships to Wyoming FFA members as part of the convention.
- According to the Cheyenne Visitors and Convention Bureau, the Wyoming FFA Convention had an economic impact of $1.34 million on the Cheyenne community.
