CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION

The Wyoming FFA FIRE conference is geared toward freshman and sophomore FFA members.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

• Discover that passions pave our path but virtues directs it.
• Define virtues and explore how to use these.
• Distinguish how decision-making skills chart the map of a virtuous life.
• Evaluate the culmination of passions, virtues and decision making skills to define our character.
• Attach SMART goals to our decisions.
• Create a personal growth plan

CPC – Chapter Presidents’ Conference

The Wyoming FFA CPC conference is geared toward chapter officers.  Each chapter should plan to send two officers to participate in the delegate process, leadership workshops, and training with the state officers.

The Wyoming FFA CPC conference is geared toward chapter officers. Each chapter should plan to send 2-3 officers to participate in the delegate process, leadership workshops, and training with the state officers.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

• Chapter members will network and share ideas with others
• Leadership Training
• Will learn about the decision-making process through Wyoming FFA
• Will engage in the delegate process
• Members will discuss important issues to send to the delegate floor at State FFA Convention.

Discovery Conference

The Discovery Conference is for 7th and 8th-grade members only.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES

• Members will network with other middle school members.
• Members will participate in leadership activities and training.
